New feature · New model
Repo skills as slash commands, a reasoning effort picker and GPT-6.1 Terra
Type / at the start of a task in Buildful, and the skills your repo already carries show up as commands. Search them, pick one, and the agent reads that skill's SKILL.md and follows it.
Repo skills as slash commands
Buildful finds skills in the folders coding agents already use, like .claude/skills, .agents/skills and .cursor/skills, in every repo the task works on. The menu opens only when / is the first character, so a message like "/api/users is broken" stays plain text. It works in a new task and in a follow-up.
Choose how hard a model thinks
On Pro and Team, when you pick a model yourself, a reasoning effort picker sits beside it. The levels depend on the model: Claude and GPT go from Low to Max, while Gemini 3.8 Flash offers Low and High. More effort usually means a slower task that uses more of your prepaid credit or your own key. Smart Mode and Quick Mode don't show the picker.
GPT-6.1 Terra
GPT-6.1 Terra is in the model picker on Pro and Team. Pay for it from prepaid credit, or add your own OpenAI key. See pricing for how credit works.
