Pull requests and QA recordings now sit in one Results panel

By Sandeep Panda

Buildful now puts each task's pull requests, the QA recording of its browser test, the models it used and the Slack thread or Linear issue it came from in one Results panel beside the thread.

Every task runs your checks, and on Smart Mode every UI update is tested in a real browser and recorded. The recording now sits next to the pull request it tested, so you can watch it before you merge. On smaller screens, the Results button in the header opens the panel. Each finished turn folds behind one line, such as "Worked for 4 min", that sums up what the agent did, and the agent's answer stays in view. Read more about how the background coding agent tests its work.

Also on October 23:

  • When you ask a question about your repo, the agent reads the relevant code first and names the files its answer comes from.
  • Your private tasks have their own list under Private in the sidebar, which only you can see.
  • In Slack, the status message says "Task complete" when a task finishes, and Buildful mentions you when it answers a question and leaves the code as it was.
  • The app uses neutral grays, with green kept for the next action, live work and shipped pull requests. The home page has one task box and fewer hints.

Describe a change. Buildful builds it, tests UI changes in a real browser, and opens a pull request. Your first 3 tasks are free, then 1,000 tasks for $10 a month. See pricing.
