New feature · Bug fix
Tasks now take PDFs, logs and code files, along with images
You can now attach PDFs, text and Markdown files, logs, code, and CSV, JSON or YAML files to a Buildful task, along with images and screenshots. So you can hand the agent a spec, a design export or a log file.
Attach a PDF spec to a Buildful task and the agent reads it before it writes code. A scanned PDF with no text in it can't be read, and the task log says so. Click the paperclip in the task box, or drag files onto it. A task takes up to 10 files, 10 MB each, and attachments also work in follow-ups.
Also on October 14:
- If you've signed in with Google before, the sign-in page can sign you back in with Google One Tap.
- When a model reply breaks off or comes back malformed, the task retries instead of failing.
- A task page shows that its pull request merged without a reload.
- Only team owners and admins can add, replace or remove the team's API keys. Members can still see which keys are saved.
- Ask the agent for an estimate and it answers as quick, medium complexity or tough, with a reason, instead of days or weeks.
