Pasted screenshots now show as thumbnails before you send

By Sandeep Panda

You can paste or drop a screenshot into a Buildful task, and it shows as a thumbnail before you send, so you can show the agent the bug or the design and describe the fix.

The thumbnails sit in a row above your message, and each one has an × to remove it. Click a thumbnail to open the image full screen, scaled to fit, with a download button. Images on a task's page open the same way, and the follow-up box takes screenshots too. For screenshot to code work, paste the design, say what to build, and send.

Also on October 15:

  • A new task's page appears as soon as you send it, with its title, repos and model already filled in.
  • Long messages in a task collapse after about 12 lines, with Show more to open them.
  • You can copy any message you sent with its copy button.
  • Wide tables in the agent's replies scroll sideways on phones instead of stretching the page.

Describe a change. Buildful builds it, tests UI changes in a real browser, and opens a pull request. Your first 3 tasks are free, then 1,000 tasks for $10 a month. See pricing.
